MEETING AGENDA                                                                                                  Sales man meeting will be held on Monday dec 20 ,at 3:00 p.m. for better sale of our products .                                                                                                                                                                                                   RICHARD and JOHANS are the manager of two branches of the same company.they are discussing about the meeting .                                                                      
Richard:what you think how we can increase our sale level.
 Johans :I think we should talk with their sales man about this.

Richard:Ok  then we have meeting with them.

Johans: when we do this?

Richard:On Friday ,20 July  3:00 p.m.

Johans: Ok where we do this meeting because there are a lot of sales man and we have not enough space in meeting room.

Richard:This is a good point we make this meeting in a ground  the company.

Johance: what is the main objective of our meeting?

Richard:the objective of this meeting is how  we can increase our sale level.

Johans :Ok i will tell the sales man about the meeting.
